Entry Deadlines:

July 31st - Early Bird deadline for Light Horse

August 14th 2021    -   Light Horse, Livestock, Draft Horse,

August 14th 2021 -   Hall Divisions - all except Divsion E

August 21st - Hall Division E, Kids Dog Show, Loggers sports

August 24th - Parade 

August 25th - Shooting Star Amusement competition

Drop off Times for  Hall Exhibit entries:

August 20th between 5-9 pm and August 21st 10 am & 2pm

Hall Divisions L (Arts & Photos) and Quilts T4,T5,T6, T9 (Classes 9 & 10)

August 25th between 10am and 4pm.  

Hall Divisions B, E, F, G, J, K, T1, T2, T3, T7, T9 (except quilts) and V

will be accepted only between 10 am and 4pm. 

No exhibits will be accepted after 4pm as judging will be happening.
